महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-12, verse-84

द्वादशाब्दे गते तेषां दर्भदेहान् विदाहयेत् ।
त्रिरात्रान्ते तत्सुताद्यैः प्रेतत्वं परिमोचयेत् ॥८४॥
84. dvādaśābde gate teṣāṁ darbhadehān vidāhayet ,

84. When twelve years have passed, one should cause their bodies made of darbha grass to be burned. At the end of three nights, their sons and others should release them from the state of a ghost.
