लोकेऽस्मिन् जन्मसम्बन्धाद् यथाऽशौचं विधीयते ।
धनभागित्वसम्बन्धात् त्रिरात्रं विहितं तथा ॥६७॥

67. In this world, just as impurity is prescribed based on a connection of birth, similarly a three-night period of impurity is ordained based on a connection of sharing in wealth.
