महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-12, verse-62

शैवीतदन्वयाभावे सोदको ब्रह्मदो नृपः ।
हरेयुः क्रमतो वित्तं मृतस्य शिवशासनात् ॥६२॥
62. śaivītadanvayābhāve sodako brahmado nṛpaḥ ,
hareyuḥ kramato vittaṁ mṛtasya śivaśāsanāt.
62. śaivī-tad-anvaya-abhāve sodakaḥ brahma-daḥ nṛpaḥ
hareyuḥ kramataḥ vittam mṛtasya śiva-śāsanāt
62. śaivī-tad-anvaya-abhāve mṛtasya vittam sodakaḥ
brahma-daḥ nṛpaḥ ca kramataḥ hareyuḥ śiva-śāsanāt
62. In the absence of a śaivī wife and her descendants, the sodaka relatives, the brahmins who receive the gift, or the king should respectively take the wealth of the deceased, according to the ordinance of Śiva.
