महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-12, verse-61

अतः सत्कुलजां कन्यां शैवैरुद्वाहयन् पिता ।
क्रोधाद्वा लोभतो वापि स भवेल्लोकगर्हितः ॥६१॥
61. ataḥ satkulajāṁ kanyāṁ śaivairudvāhayan pitā ,
krodhādvā lobhato vāpi sa bhavellokagarhitaḥ.

krodhāt vā lobhato vā api saḥ bhavet lokagarhitaḥ
61. ataḥ pitā satkulajāṃ kanyāṃ krodhāt vā lobhāt vā
api śaivaiḥ udvāhayan saḥ lokagarhitaḥ bhavet
61. Therefore, a father who gives a maiden born of a noble family in marriage to śaivas out of anger or greed becomes condemned by the world.
