दत्त्वा दशांशं भुञ्जीयात् भूमिस्वामी यतो नृपः ॥११४॥

dattvā daśāṁśaṁ bhuñjīyāt bhūmisvāmī yato nṛpaḥ.

114. Having given a tenth part of that land, which requires great effort to bring under cultivation, to the king, the owner of the land should enjoy the rest, since the king is the lord of the earth.
