निष्पन्दकरणग्रामः स्वात्मलीनमनोऽनिलः ।
य आस्ते मृतवत्साक्षात् जीवन्मुक्तः स उच्यते ॥१२॥

12. He whose group of active senses is completely still, whose mind and vital breath are dissolved in the self, and who truly remains like a dead person, is called one liberated while living.
