कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-8, verse-85

अन्तर्लक्ष्यो बहिर्दृष्टिनीमेषोन्मेषवजीतः ।
एषा तु शाम्भवी मुद्रा सर्वतन्त्रेषु गोपिता ॥८५॥
85. antarlakṣyo bahirdṛṣṭinīmeṣonmeṣavajītaḥ ,
eṣā tu śāmbhavī mudrā sarvatantreṣu gopitā.

eṣā tu śāmbhavī mudrā sarvatantreṣu gopitā

eṣā tu śāmbhavī mudrā sarvatantreṣu gopitā
85. With the inner gaze focused inward and the outer gaze resting without, free from blinking and opening of the eyes - this indeed is the śāmbhavī mudrā, kept hidden across all the tantras.
