ग्रामाधिपतयेऽस्मिन् स्याद्देशाधिपतये ततः ॥२३॥

23. siddhiputrapadaṁ cāsmin sthānādhipapadaṁ tataḥ ,

23. And in this, one should utter the title siddhiputra, then the title sthānādhipa, then for the lord of the village in this, and then for the lord of the province.
