निवसेन्नरके घोरे दिनानि पशुरोमभिः ।
स मृतोऽपि दुराचारस्तिर्र्यग्योनिषु जायते ॥१३१॥

131. (that) wicked person shall dwell in terrible hell for as many days as there are hairs on the animal's body, and even after death, he will be reborn in animal wombs.
