ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-4, verse-46

कपालमुद्रा देवेशि देव्यानन्दकरी सदा ।
हस्ताभ्यां कमलाकारो यदा तत्कमलं भवेत् ॥४६॥
46. kapālamudrā deveśi devyānandakarī sadā ,
hastābhyāṁ kamalākāro yadā tatkamalaṁ bhavet.

46. O goddess, the kapāla-mudrā (skull gesture) is always a source of bliss to the goddess. When through both hands it assumes the shape of a lotus, then it becomes a lotus gesture.
