इत्यन्तर्यजनं कृत्वा बाह्यपूजां समाचरेत् ।
तत्र प्राङ्मुख आसीनश्चक्रोद्धारं समाचरेत् ॥५॥

5. Having thus performed internal worship, he should perform external worship. Sitting facing the east there, he should perform the extraction of the cakra.
