दमनेन च यो मन्त्री वर्षमध्ये न पूजयेत् ।
तस्य सांवत्सरी पूजा मदनाय भविष्यति ॥५॥

5. damanena ca yo mantrī varṣamadhye na pūjayet ,
tasya sāṁvatsarī pūjā madanāya bhaviṣyati.
