ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-2, verse-26

कृष्णवर्णं महेशानि शोषयेदेनसः तनुम् ।
आसने सम्यगासीनो वामेनाऽऽपूर्य चोदरम् ॥२६॥
26. kṛṣṇavarṇaṁ maheśāni śoṣayedenasaḥ tanum ,
āsane samyagāsīno vāmenā''pūrya codaram.

26. O Maheshani, seated properly on your seat, having filled your belly through the left [nostril/path], and visualizing it as dark-colored, one should dry up the body born of sin.
