ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-2, verse-27

कुम्भकेन त्रिरावृत्त्या दक्षिणेन च रेचयेत् ।
कनिष्ठानामिकाङ्गुष्ठेर्यन्नासापुटधारणम् ॥२७॥
