ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-18, verse-16

त्रिःसप्ताहान्महापापसंचयं नाशयेत्प्रिये ।
क्रव्यादजीवा वश्या हि भवन्त्येव न संशयः ॥१६॥
16. triḥsaptāhānmahāpāpasaṁcayaṁ nāśayetpriye ,
kravyādajīvā vaśyā hi bhavantyeva na saṁśayaḥ.

16. O beloved, within twenty-one days one destroys a collection of great sins, and carnivorous beings indeed become completely submissive without a doubt.
