ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-17, verse-91

तैलस्थं चक्रराजं तद्विद्वेषणकरं भवेत् ।
ज्वलज्ज्वलनमध्यस्थं शत्रुनाशकरं भवेत् ॥९१॥
91. tailasthaṁ cakrarājaṁ tadvidveṣaṇakaraṁ bhavet ,
jvalajjvalanamadhyasthaṁ śatrunāśakaraṁ bhavet.

91. That cakra-rāja, placed in oil, brings about the causing of enmity. When placed in the middle of a blazing fire, it brings about the destruction of enemies.
