उद्यत्सूर्यसहस्राभमात्मानमरुणं तथा ।
साध्यमप्यरुणीभूतं कृत्वा मन्त्रं जपेद्बुधः ॥२३॥

23. udyatsūryasahasrābhamātmānamaruṇaṁ tathā ,
sādhyamapyaruṇībhūtaṁ kṛtvā mantraṁ japedbudhaḥ.

23. The practitioner should visualize himself as radiant as a thousand rising suns, of a reddish hue, and likewise make the object of practice also imbued with a reddish tint, and then recite the mantra.
