ब्रह्महत्यादिजनितं नाशयेन्नात्र संशयः ।
मुक्तिस्तस्य करे देवि वाचा जीवसमो भवेत् ॥११४॥

brahmahatyādijanitam nāśayet atra saṃśayaḥ na
tasya muktiḥ kare devi vācā jīvasamaḥ bhavet

114. (He) destroys (the sin) generated by brahmin-slaughter and the like - there is no doubt about this. Liberation is in his hand, O goddess, and by his speech he becomes equal to a living soul (or the Supreme Soul).
