ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-16, verse-212

नेत्रयोः सुस्थिरं ध्यायेदारातीकविधिः प्रिये ।
नैवेद्यं षड्र्सोपेतं सितापूपादिसंयुतम् ॥२१२॥
212. netrayoḥ susthiraṁ dhyāyedārātīkavidhiḥ priye ,
naivedyaṁ ṣaḍrsopetaṁ sitāpūpādisaṁyutam.

212. O beloved, one should steadily meditate upon the eyes, and then perform the waving of lights (ārātīka). Then offer food (naivedya) containing the six tastes, combined with white sweets like pūpa and other delicacies,
