ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-16, verse-136

पुष्पं समर्पयेद्देवि मुद्रया ज्ञानसंज्ञया ।
अङ्गुष्ठतर्जनीयोगाज्ज्ञानमुद्रा प्रतिष्ठिता ॥१३६॥
136. puṣpaṁ samarpayeddevi mudrayā jñānasaṁjñayā ,
aṅguṣṭhatarjanīyogājjñānamudrā pratiṣṭhitā.

136. O Goddess, one should offer a flower with the mudrā known as jñāna. The jñāna-mudrā is established by the joining of the thumb and the index finger.
