ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-15, verse-50

योजयित्वा तर्जनीभ्यामनामे वारयेत्प्रिये ।
मध्यमे योजयेन्मध्ये कनिष्ठे तदधस्तथा ॥५०॥
50. yojayitvā tarjanībhyāmanāme vārayetpriye ,
madhyame yojayenmadhye kaniṣṭhe tadadhastathā.

madhyame yojayet madhye kaniṣṭhe tad adhas tathā
50. priye tarjanībhyām anāme yojayitvā vārayet
madhyame madhye yojayet kaniṣṭhe tat adhaḥ tathā
50. O beloved, joining the two ring fingers with the two forefingers, one should ward off (the forces). Likewise, one should place the middle fingers in the middle, and the little fingers below that.
