ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-15, verse-49

रिपुजिह्वाग्रहा मुद्रा न्यासकाले तु सूचिता ।
पाणिद्वयं महेशानि परिवर्तनयोगतः ॥४९॥
49. ripujihvāgrahā mudrā nyāsakāle tu sūcitā ,
pāṇidvayaṁ maheśāni parivartanayogataḥ.
