ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-14, verse-18

शुद्धोदकेन संपूर्य पूजयेत्कारणान्वितम् ।
षडङ्गं तत्र संपूज्य सामान्यार्घ्यमिदं प्रिये ॥१८॥
18. śuddhodakena saṁpūrya pūjayetkāraṇānvitam ,
ṣaḍaṅgaṁ tatra saṁpūjya sāmānyārghyamidaṁ priye.

18. priye,
śuddhodakena saṃpūrya kāraṇānvitam pūjayet,
tatra ṣaḍaṅgaṃ saṃpūjya idam sāmānyārghyam (bhavati)
18. O beloved, having filled it completely with pure water and having endowed it with the appropriate causes, one should worship it. Having thoroughly worshipped the six limbs there, this becomes the general arghya.
