व्याप्य तिष्ठति विश्वं सा शिवं च परमेश्वरि ।
पूर्वं गुणैस्तु कथिता शिवशक्त्यात्मकं शणु ॥३॥

3. vyāpya tiṣṭhati viśvaṁ sā śivaṁ ca parameśvari ,

pūrvaṃ guṇaiḥ tu kathitā,

pūrvaṃ guṇaiḥ tu kathitā,
śiva-śaktyātmakaṃ śṛṇu
3. O Parameshwari, she pervades and abides in both Shiva and the universe, and having previously been described in terms of her qualities, listen now to her form as shiva and shakti.
