योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-2, chapter-19, verse-23

स्वयमेव विचारस्तु स्वत उत्थं स्वकं वपुः ।
नाशयित्वा करोत्याशु प्रत्यक्षं परमं महत् ॥ २३ ॥

23. But inquiry (vicāra) itself, having quickly destroyed its own form that arose spontaneously from within, makes the supreme and great manifest.
