ततः कालेन महता मतिः समभिजायत ।
सगरस्य नरश्रेष्ठ यजेयमिति निश्चिता ॥२३॥

sagarasya naraśreṣṭha yajeyamiti niścitā.

23. Then, after a long time, O best among men (narśreṣṭha), a firm intention arose in Sagara: "I shall perform a ritual (yajña)."
