न च सुप्तं प्रमत्तं वा धर्षयिष्यन्ति नैरृताः ॥११॥

You will experience neither fatigue nor fever, nor any alteration of your form. Furthermore, the Rākṣasas (Nairṛta) will not be able to assault you, whether you are asleep or inattentive.
