सीमन्तोन्नयनं कुर्यान्मासि षष्ठेऽष्टमेऽपि वा ।
यावन्न जायतेऽपत्यं तावत् सीमन्तनक्रिया ॥१३१॥

131. He should perform the sīmantonnayana ritual in either the sixth or the eighth month. As long as offspring is not born, the sīmantana rite should be continued.
