महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-9, verse-118

कृतनित्यक्रियो भर्ता पञ्च देवान् समर्चयेत् ।
गौर्यादिमातृकाश्चैव वसोर्धारां प्रकल्पयेत् ॥११८॥
