महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-8, verse-207

ब्रह्मभावेन तत्त्वज्ञे ये पश्यन्ति चराचरम् ।
तेषां तत्त्वविदां पुंसां तत्त्वचक्रेऽधिकारिता ॥२०७॥
207. brahmabhāvena tattvajñe ye paśyanti carācaram ,
teṣāṁ tattvavidāṁ puṁsāṁ tattvacakre'dhikāritā.
207. brahmabhāvena tattvajñē ye paśyanti carācaram
teṣām tattvavidām puṃsām tattvacakrē adhikāritā
207. ye brahmabhāvena carācaram paśyanti teṣām
tattvavidām puṃsām tattvacakrē adhikāritā
207. Those knowers of truth who perceive the moving and unmoving universe through the awareness of Brahman, truly, those wise men possess eligibility for the tattva-cakra.
