महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-8, verse-168

ध्यात्वैवमुभयोस्तत्र सामरस्यं विचिन्तयन् ।
प्रणवादिनमोऽन्तेन नाममन्त्रेण देशिकः ।
संपूज्य गन्धपुष्पाभ्यां शोधयेत् कारणं ततः ॥१६८॥
168. dhyātvaivamubhayostatra sāmarasyaṁ vicintayan ,
praṇavādinamo'ntena nāmamantreṇa deśikaḥ ,
saṁpūjya gandhapuṣpābhyāṁ śodhayet kāraṇaṁ tataḥ.

vicintayan praṇavādi-namo-antena
nāmamantreṇa deśikaḥ sampūjya
gandhapuṣpābhyām śodhayet kāraṇam tataḥ

168. Having thus meditated upon the oneness (sāmarasya) of both of them there, the ritual expert (deśika) should worship them with fragrance and flowers using the principal mantra beginning with the praṇava and ending with namaḥ, and then purify the cause (kāraṇa).
