महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-8, verse-133

वैश्यानां कृषिवाणिज्यं वृत्तं विद्धि सनातनम् ।
येनोपायेन लोकानां देहयात्रा प्रसिद्धति ॥१३३॥
133. vaiśyānāṁ kṛṣivāṇijyaṁ vṛttaṁ viddhi sanātanam ,
yenopāyena lokānāṁ dehayātrā prasiddhati.

yena upāyena lokānām dehayātrā prasidhyati

133. Know that agriculture and trade constitute the eternal livelihood of vaishyas, through which means the worldly life of people is sustained.
