अन्यमन्त्रैः कृतं कर्म बन्ध्यास्त्रीसङ्गमो यथा ।
न तत्र फलसिद्धिः स्यात् श्रम एव हि केवलम् ॥१७॥

17. Actions performed with other mantras are just like union with a barren woman, there is no attainment of the fruit there, and it is indeed nothing but sheer exhaustion.
