महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-13, verse-143

ततः स्वकाममुद्दिश्य विधिदर्शितवर्त्मना ।
कृतसङ्कल्पको मन्त्री गणेशादीन् समर्चयेत् ॥१४३॥
143. tataḥ svakāmamuddiśya vidhidarśitavartmanā ,
kṛtasaṅkalpako mantrī gaṇeśādīn samarcayet.

kṛta-saṅkalpakaḥ mantrī gaṇeśa-ādīn samarcayet
143. tataḥ mantrī sva-kāmam uddiśya vidhi-darśita-vartmanā
kṛta-saṅkalpakaḥ gaṇeśa-ādīn samarcayet
143. Thereafter, having formed his intent with a specific desire in mind and following the path shown in the scriptures, the practitioner should worship Gaṇeśa and the other deities.
