कृते विभागे द्रव्याणामंशिनां सम्मतौ शिवे ।
पुनर्विवादयंस्तत्र शास्यो भवति भूभृतः ॥१८॥

18. kṛte vibhāge dravyāṇāmaṁśināṁ sammatau śive ,
punarvivādayaṁstatra śāsyo bhavati bhūbhṛtaḥ.

18. When the division of wealth has been made peacefully with the consent of the co-heirs, anyone who raises a dispute there should be punished by the king.
