कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-7, verse-14

तारत्रयं वदेत् सर्वभूतेभ्यः सर्व एव हि ।
पश्चाद् भूतपतिभ्यो हृद्युक्तः सप्तदशाक्षरः ॥१४॥
14. tāratrayaṁ vadet sarvabhūtebhyaḥ sarva eva hi ,
paścād bhūtapatibhyo hṛdyuktaḥ saptadaśākṣaraḥ.

14. One should utter the triple mantra (tāratraya), followed indeed by all beings, and afterwards by the lords of beings. Equipped with the hṛd (heart mantra), this seventeen-syllabled (mantra is completed).
