कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-4, verse-79

योगिनीकुलशब्दान्ते सेवितायै पदं वदेत् ।
निवृत्त्यम्बापदं देव्यै नम इत्युच्चरेत् प्रिये ॥७९॥
79. yoginīkulaśabdānte sevitāyai padaṁ vadet ,
nivṛttyambāpadaṁ devyai nama ityuccaret priye.

79. O beloved, at the end of the word yoginīkula one should say the word sevitāyai (to her who is worshipped). Then, for the goddess, one should utter the word nivṛttyambāpada, followed by namaḥ (homage).
