कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-4, verse-61

त्रितारमूलमन्त्रान्ते स्वरान् विष्णून् सशक्तिकान् ।
चतुर्थ्या नमसा युक्तान् मस्तके चानने न्यसेत् ॥६१॥
