वदेत् प्रपञ्चरूपायै श्रियै नम इति क्रमात् ।
प्रपञ्चादिभिरायोज्य वर्णान शक्तीनीयोजयेत् ।
मातृकान्याससंप्रोक्तस्थानेष्वेवं न्यसेत् प्रिये ॥३४॥

34. vadet prapañcarūpāyai śriyai nama iti kramāt ,
prapañcādibhirāyojya varṇāna śaktīnīyojayet ,
mātṛkānyāsasaṁproktasthāneṣvevaṁ nyaset priye.

34.
kramāt prapañcarūpāyai śriyai namaḥ iti vadet,
prapañcādibhiḥ varṇān āyojya śaktīḥ niyojayet,
priye evam mātṛkānyāsasamproktasthāneṣu nyaset
prapañcādibhiḥ varṇān āyojya śaktīḥ niyojayet,
priye evam mātṛkānyāsasamproktasthāneṣu nyaset
34. In due order one should say 'namaḥ' to Śrī, who has the form of the manifest universe (prapañca). Having joined the letters with the words beginning with 'prapañca', one should assign the powers (to them). Thus, O beloved, one should place them in the places declared for the mātṛkā-nyāsa.
