कन्दमूले मनः कृत्वा कुर्याद्विण्मूत्रमोचनम् ।
शौचास्यशोधनं स्नानं सन्ध्यातर्पणमाचरेत् ॥१०॥

10. Fixing the mind on the base of the spine (kandamūla), one should evacuate feces and urine. Then, one should perform purification (of the body), cleansing of the mouth, bathing, and the twilight prayers (sandhyā) with libations (tarpaṇa).
