कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-15, verse-82

साध्यसिद्धोऽतिसंक्लेशात् साध्यसाध्यो निरर्थकः ।
साध्यसुसिद्धो भजनात् साध्यारिहन्ति गोत्रजान् ॥८२॥
82. sādhyasiddho'tisaṁkleśāt sādhyasādhyo nirarthakaḥ ,
sādhyasusiddho bhajanāt sādhyārihanti gotrajān.

sādhyasusiddhaḥ bhajanāt sādhyārihanti gotrajān
82. sādhyasiddhaḥ atisaṃkleśāt nirarthakaḥ sādhyasādhyaḥ
bhajanāt sādhya-susiddhaḥ gotrajān sādhyāriḥ hanti
82. The sādhyasiddha - (mantra) achieved through great distress - is useless. The sādhyasādhya is also useless. But through devotion, the sādhyasusiddha is attained. The sādhyāri destroys members of the same lineage.
