सामान्यतो निषिद्धञ्च तद्गुरोर्यदि सन्निधौ ।
आचरेत्तस्य सर्वस्य दोषः कोटिगुणो भवेत् ॥९७॥

97. sāmānyato niṣiddhañca tadguroryadi sannidhau ,

97. If one performs in the presence of the guru any action that is generally forbidden, the sin of all such actions becomes multiplied a millionfold.
