वीरासनं सुदुर्वाक्यं शासनं हास्यरोदनम् ।
केशमोचनमुष्णीषं कञ्चुकं नग्नतां तथा ॥८६॥

86. (One should avoid) assuming the vīrāsana posture, speaking harsh words, giving orders, laughing, weeping, letting the hair loose, wearing a turban, wearing a tunic, and likewise nudity,
