यद् यदात्महितं वस्तु तत्तद्धितमुपाचरेत् ।
गुरुदेवार्चको यस्तु तस्य पुण्यं न गण्यते ॥६८॥

68. yad yadātmahitaṁ vastu tattaddhitamupācaret ,
gurudevārcako yastu tasya puṇyaṁ na gaṇyate.

68. Whatever thing is beneficial for oneself, one should pursue that very good. For the one who worships the guru as a deity, the measure of their merit cannot be reckoned.
