निःसङ्ग एव मोक्षः स्याद्दोषाः सर्वे च सङ्गजाः ।
तस्मात् सङ्गं परित्यज्य तत्त्वनिष्ठः सुखी भवेत् ।
सङ्गाच्च चलते ज्ञानी चावश्यं किमुताल्पवित् ॥५५॥

55. niḥsaṅga eva mokṣaḥ syāddoṣāḥ sarve ca saṅgajāḥ ,
tasmāt saṅgaṁ parityajya tattvaniṣṭhaḥ sukhī bhavet ,
saṅgācca calate jñānī cāvaśyaṁ kimutālpavit.

55. Liberation is nothing other than detachment, for all faults spring from worldly attachment. Therefore, renouncing attachment and remaining established in essential truth, one becomes happy. If even a wise person inevitably falters due to attachment, how much more so one of little knowledge?
