तद्गोपितं स्याद् यत्नेन धर्मो ज्ञानार्थमेव च ।
ज्ञानञ्च ध्यानयोगार्थं सोऽचिरात् परिमुच्यते ॥२२॥

22. tadgopitaṁ syād yatnena dharmo jñānārthameva ca ,
jñānañca dhyānayogārthaṁ so'cirāt parimucyate.

22. Therefore, the body should be preserved with effort. Natural righteousness (dharma) is for attaining knowledge (gyāna), and knowledge is for meditation and yoga. One who proceeds thus is liberated before long.
