गृह्णीयाच्छिष्यवर्यस्तु गुरुस्तस्मा अनन्तरम् ।
बालां प्रकाशयेत्कर्णे दक्षिणे च ततः परम् ॥६०॥

60. Then thereafter, the best of disciples should receive (it) from the guru, and right after that, he should reveal the mantra (bālā) into the right ear.
