ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-24, verse-53

परमात्मस्वरूपाढ्यं नादरूपं हि सप्तमम् ।
नादो विलीनो यस्मात्तु तस्माद्ब्रह्म तदुच्यते ॥५३॥
53. paramātmasvarūpāḍhyaṁ nādarūpaṁ hi saptamam ,
nādo vilīno yasmāttu tasmādbrahma taducyate.
53. paramātmasvarūpāḍhyaṃ nādarūpaṃ hi saptamam
nādaḥ vilīnaḥ yasmāt tu tasmāt brahma tat ucyate
53. hi saptamam paramātmasvarūpāḍhyaṃ nādarūpaṃ (vartate) yasmāt tu nādaḥ vilīnaḥ,
tasmāt tat brahma ucyate
53. Indeed, the seventh (form of speech) is endowed with the nature of the supreme self and takes the form of sound. Because sound dissolves into it, that (state) is called brahman.
