ज्ञानार्णव-तन्त्रम्       jñānārṇava-tantram - chapter-23, verse-7

चतुवीधा हि दूत्यस्तु सुन्दर्यश्चारुलोचनाः ।
वैखरी हस्तिनी ज्ञेया स्थूला यस्माद्वरानने ॥७॥
7. catuvīdhā hi dūtyastu sundaryaścārulocanāḥ ,
vaikharī hastinī jñeyā sthūlā yasmādvarānane.
7. caturvidhā hi dūtyaḥ tu sundaryaiḥ cārulocanāḥ
vaikharī hastinī jñeyā sthūlā yasmāt varānane
7. hi caturvidhā dūtyaḥ tu sundaryaiḥ cārulocanāḥ
vaikharī hastinī jñeyā sthūlā yasmāt varānane
7. O beautiful-faced one, messengers are indeed of four kinds, beautiful and with lovely eyes, (and) Vaikharī is known as Hastinī because she is gross.
