एवं ध्यात्वा परामम्बां वहन्नासापुटं क्रमात् ।
आवाह्य चक्रमध्ये तु मुद्रया हि त्रिखण्डया ॥३१॥

31. evaṁ dhyātvā parāmambāṁ vahannāsāpuṭaṁ kramāt ,
āvāhya cakramadhye tu mudrayā hi trikhaṇḍayā.

31. Having thus meditated on the supreme mother, and regulating the breath through the nostrils in due order, one should invoke her in the middle of the cakra using indeed the trikhaṇḍā mudrā.
